**Delivery schedule or times are estimated, and are only guaranteed when using Express Shipping. We are not responsible for items not delivered within the estimated delivery times displayed.
We highly recommend all orders be shipped via Express International Mail to guarantee the delivery of your order on or before the scheduled delivery date.
***Next-Day Delivery is excluded in cases of:
- Unsuccessful credit card transaction
- Delivery or contact information submitted incorrectly
- Customer not available to receive order at delivery address
- Uncontrollable disruptions like system maintenance.
TERMS AND CONDITIONS
- Estimated delivery times do not include the preparation, packaging, shipping and receipt of your order. This means that the day of shipment does not count as a business day in transit time. Orders placed on a Saturday, Sunday or on public holidays will be shipped on the next business day. Handling time after approval of final artwork is within 4 to 8 business days or more depending on the quantity of the order.

- Our shipment is based on Philippines, Manila (GMT+8) and in Philippine business days. Next Day delivery means next business day. You may also call us at 1-800-479-0732 for request on delivery dates, adjustments and other concerns.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS
For shipment within the United States we use USPS or DHL for express delivery, for shipments to other destinations we will use postal service or DHL for express delivery.
Please note we will not be held responsible for delays that are beyond our control such as storms, earthquakes, flood, nor if the cause of the delay is through the negligence of our couriers. Our duty after the orders have been dispatched from our warehouse is to follow-up with the assigned courier.
All patches are dispatched from our Global Warehouse. In the event that your package was damage during shipping, please make sure that all of the contents of the order are present and contact the shipping courier or logistic. Please notify us also for necessary assistance.
LATE OR DELAYED DELIVERY
If the delivery is late, we will have the option to give promotional discounts or credit rebates but are under no lawful obligation to do so.
If the product is not delivered, we will replace the ordered product with one of the same type or value either which being at our discretion.
INCORRECT AND INCOMPLETE SHIPPING DETAILS
The customer must agree that the delivery details and address that they provide as point of delivery and billing is truthful and correct.
We have the option to contact the customer to correct any mistakes in the shipping details entered but are under no lawful obligation to do so.
In the case that the address specified by the client is incorrect, we have the right to charge the customer the full amount of the purchase.
Your new item/s will be mailed through registered bulk mail (signature required).
Your tracking number will be sent to you via email within 2 to 4 day business days once processed by your local post office.
We trust that the item/s be received within 10 to 15 business days but as we have no control of delivery time you are welcome to inform us if item was not received after 15 business days upon receipt of our notice.

Credit card fraud will be reported to the proper authorities and dealt with accordingly.
We reserve the right to alter or modify order specifications to conform to our corporate policies.
Additional payment shall be applied for any adjustments that will occur after approval of the image or the actual patch.
